Lodging
Full conference includes Tuesday night - Saturday night (5 nights). Minimum of 5 nights for a reservation. Lodging must be purchased through our registration website. Do not call Camp Kulaqua directly for lodging. All prices include taxes, and offer the convenience of being on campus and fellowshipping.
Woodland Lodgesfor families: $164.75/night
Each room accommodates 6 to 8 guests with two queen beds and two Murphy style bunks in each of the 20 rooms in the three two-story lodges. Comes with a microwave, small refrigerator and linens.
Woodland Lodges for Singles
Each room comes with two queen beds and two Murphy style bunks. Comes with a microwave, small refrigerator and linens. There will be a max of 4 singles per room.

Family Chalets:$154.75/night
Family Chalets have full living rooms and kitchens for a stay that has all the comforts of home. Comes with linens. Check out the 3 layouts here. Chalet Plan C #29 is ADA Compliant
Mini-Lodges: $80-$360/night
Mini Lodges can be rented either as a unit for family and friends who want to stay together or rented by individual rooms. Some rooms share a bathroom. Mini Lodges are rustic and don’t come with linens. A limited amount of linens are available for rent when you book your room or bring your own. You are welcome to bring your own coolers and outdoor cook stove. Mini-Lodge #7 room 1-3 is ADA compliant.

Room #1: 1 Full bed, 1 bunk bed, shared bath with room #2 ($80/night)
Room #2: 1 Queen bed, 2 bunk beds, shared bath with room #1 ($85/night)
Room #3: 1 Full bed, 1 bunk bed, private bath ($90/night)
Room #4 : Upstairs, 1 Queen bed, 2 bunk beds, private bath ($100/night)
Rustic Cabins: $110.75/night
Each Cabin has 2 sides connected by a shared bathroom. Each side sleeps four to five people. Both sides of the Cabin will be rented as one unit. It's perfect to share with another family or friends. Rustic Cabins don’t come with linens. A limited amount of linens are available for rent when you book your room or bring your own. You are welcome to bring your own coolers and outdoor cook stove.
Guest Cabins:$106.50/night
Guest Cabins have two private units each with their own private bathrooms. The cabins sleep a total of 4 people, two to a side. Comes with linens.
Efficiency Apartment Style Cabin:$130/night
The Efficiency Cabin is divided into two rooms – a private bedroom with a queen bed, and an efficiency style combination full kitchen, eating area, living room, and bunk beds. This Cabin sleeps up to 8 people. Comes with linens.
RV Sites:$50/night
There are 12 (30 amps) pull-through RV sites with full hookups and picnic tables for those who want to bring their home away from home on wheels. RV sites are conveniently located just a short walk from restroom and shower facilities, and laundry room.
Tent: $35 night per tent
Water spigots are scattered throughout the primitive camp tent camping area. Bathroom facilities with hot showers are just a short walk away.

Deer Run Cottage: $412.75/night

Linen package (Available only for Rustic Cabins and Mini-Lodges): $18/package.

Meals:
Camp Kulaqua's Chef has created a tasty, mostly organic, NGMO, vegan menu for us. Choose from a meal packet or custom choices to fit your budget. Breakfast and lunch are robust and suppers are light but still plentiful. Menu is gluten free friendly. Anyone eating in the cafeteria must be registered for meals including toddlers.
