                         AdAgrA Conference Dates: January 14-18, 2020

 

General Registration Information:

REGISTER today...Registration Price Increases after December 28, 2019

 If you plan to participate in any part of the AdAgrA Conference, you will need to register. Read the information under Programing to help you choose your Tracks and plan your schedule. When you register as a family or group you will need to register yourself first and at the end it will give you an option to add other participants. Be aware of online Pre Conference and meal deadlines and the cancellation policy (see below). Detailed pricing information is in the registration process (blue button below)  - you will not have to pay anything until you have completed that process and are given a total cost, so we encourage you to go there to see all of your conference, lodging, and meal options with their prices. Registration Fees: 

 Adults 15 and up:

  • Tuesday - $50 (Fee increases $10/person and limited handout availability for registrants after December 28, 2019)

  • Wednesday - $50 (Fee increases $10/person and limited handout availability for registrants after December 28, 2019)

  • Welding Class: $125/3 hour class (Tuesday AM/PM, Wednesday AM/PM -  price will vary depending which time slot you choose, see this in Registration  Options) must be 15 yrs. old and up 

  • Thursday and/or Friday - $10 processing fee (Fee increases $10/person after December 28, 2019)

  • Sabbath - No charge (but you must register if you want to order a meal)

 Children ages 10-14:

  • $10 processing fee (Fee increases $10/person after December 28, 2019)

 Children under 10: (Fee of $10/child after December 28, 2019)
  • No registration/processing fee

 

Conference Check-In Hours (when to arrive):

  • Advance Track/Welding Track: Monday, January 13,  4pm-7pm, Tuesday January 14, 7am-9am
  • Pre Conference/Welding Track: Tuesday, January 14, 4pm-7pm, Wednesday, January 15,  7am-8am
  • Main Conference: Wednesday, January 15,  4pm-7pm, Thursday, January 16,  7am-8am, more hours announce on site

 

Cancellation Policy

Deadline to cancel your registration and/or lodging reservation and receive a refund is December 1, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EST. After that date, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration and/or lodging reservation to someone else by going into your online account.
