General Registration Information:

Registration is officially open July 31, 2019. If you plan to participate in any part of the AdAgrA Conference, you will need to register. Read the information under Programing to help you choose your Tracks and plan your schedule. When you register as a family or group you will need to register yourself first and at the end it will give you an option to add other participants. Be aware of online meal deadlines and the cancellation policy (see below).

Registration Fees: 

 Adults 15 and up:

  • Tuesday - $50

  • Wednesday - $50

  • Thursday and Friday - $10 processing fee

  • Sabbath - No charge (but you must register if you want to order a meal)

 Children ages 10-14:

  • $10 processing fee 

 Children under 10:

  • No registration/processing fee


Conference Check-In Hours (when to arrive):

  • Advance Track: Monday 4pm-7pm, Tuesday 7am-9am
  • Pre Conference: Tuesday 4pm-7pm, Wednesday 7am-8am
  • Main Conference: Wednesday 4pm-7pm, Thursday 7am-8am, more hours announce on site


Cancellation Policy

Deadline to cancel your registration and/or lodging reservation and receive a refund is December 1, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EST. After that date, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration and/or lodging reservation to someone else by going into your online account.
